Violation of CMC 12.22.050 (D)
(D) An owner or occupant of any corner lot shall keep shrubs and landscape materials at the corners of intersecting streets so trimmed that the height of the same shall not exceed 12" above the curb level for a distance of fifteen feet measured horizontally in any direction from the point of intersection of the property lines at street corners.
