A. Every on the west side of the block was out working very hard to clear the snow at 10pm, and all but one house cleared all of the snow the entire with of the sidewalk. The plows must have been operating at a high speed south an plowed all the snow from cedar over the boulevard back onto the sidewalk. Everyone's work was a waste of time. I was hoping the city could go down the block with a blower and move the snow back onto the blvd. there are many elderly people, and it's too cold today.

The sidewalk is 75% covered, and its clearly from the plow. We all followed the rules, and now we have to do it again. There are many elderly people on cedar, and to have them do this twice would be wrong.
