Description

inadequate road repairs following sewer replacement has created low spots where water pools. if temperature get down to freezing a small patch of ice will be formed. this represents a pedestrian hazard to those walking down the street and a vehicular hazard if a car hirs the ice and slides into nearby parked vehicles.
