This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. it gets reported as 1815 28th ave sometimes and 1835 other times, but it's the same place always. Why can't the city force the two apartment building owners to stop allowing their residents to dump all their crap on the sidewalk strip? Enough is enough already!
