Description

Stray Dogs Everywhere: Pack of 3 dogs crossed highway and roaming town. I was driving so I could not get a picture. But, there are always loose dogs in that area. It takes one drive through of the El Paso neighborhood, by east side, to find a stray dog.

Such a poor sight for people to see on the busiest street in our town. It certainly gives a bad first impression of our wonderful town.
