Description

12.10.16
Branch of about 7-8 feet was dangling from street tree in front of house, Nov. 20, near glass windows, second story. Before it could hit windows via wind, paid 11. to have it pulled down. Need it taken away. Tree was deemed ill by arborist hired by city and slated for removed eight years ago, with a replacement, but five people from other neighborhoods fought the city. Now, the weaknessess are beginning to occur and people and property are at risk. Also, concrete sidewalk and driveway are rising, again. About eight years ago, city replaced public sidewalk and part of driveway, after the five individuals from other neighborhoods fought the tree's removal and planting of a different tree. Please come and remove the branch from area near the city's liquid ambar tree that is sick at 2710 Fernside Blvd .Hoping for no new harm to people or property is pending. A jogger fell on his head on the cracked sidewalk concrete even previous to the attempt to remove to the tree. He did not sue the city, fortunately, but he did bleed profusely from his forehead. Thanks so much for any actual assistance. Five preservationist people from other neighborhoods should not be in charge of the entire city. Lucinda Ryan, 510-910-2683. p.s. I have tried to upload a photo five times, but it doesn't seem to happen.
