Description

A lamp post across my house (4640218E) has been defective for more than 3 months now and was previously reported by a concerned neighbor. I would like to call your attention to this again especially after my neighbor's vehicle was stolen in the early hours of Dec. 5, 2016. It was parked directly beneath the defective lamp post.

NOTE: The lamp will turn on only for a few seconds at a time and keeps resetting.

Your immediate attention to the matter will greatly be appreciated.
