Mayor's Office assigned this issue to Traffic Department

one week later and it is still there

Two weeks now and no progress. Why bother posting anything if it falls on deaf ears? Why have a winter parking ban when its not enforced?

Three weeks now and this tow truck has not MOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When is something going to be DONE???????????????????????????

I have been by this street several times and have not seen any evidence of a business being operated there. There are no unregistered car on or around the tow truck. It is actively registered. It was cited last night for overnight parking.

Can you please tell me if it is LEGAL for a commercial vehicle to be parked on a residential street? If not there would be no problem if he parked it in his driveway!!!
