Description

The Montclair Rec Center has a high traffic of programs involving children, including the city after school program. At the bottom of the steps it is unsafely dark, there is these two tricky steps that are hard to see. The camera lens adjusted the lighting. Also emphasized lights that are far away, which really don't provide lighting in the area. It is actually very dark. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is a light post in area. Lightbulb just needs to get replaced.
