Description

There are many front Line staff of the City on the streets of Toronto, every day. They see the problems that need fixing. Is it not possible to use this existing resource to report problems and make our City a safer place? If GPS is installed in most City vechiles, it would be a simple task to report the problems. The Fixer has shown the sucess of many pairs of eyes. Can the City learn from this approach.

This is a very good idea but seems not to be seen as possible. The City, Hydro, the Parking officers etc are all walking or driving around and there seems to be no PROACTIVE reporting. Not sure how to get the City, Hydro etc to act but maybe The Fixer can start a campaign. I was amazed to hear that Hydro has no program to identify broken steeet lights and relies 100% on citizen reports!
