Across the street from 381 Ponderosa Road, problem with drain tube from California Golf Club grounds into drain hole going under sidewalk to street. I reported this problem about two years ago as well., and is was fixed then. The issue is that drain tube elbow becomes detached and disconnected so that when it rains, runoff erodes embankment. I understand that this is a CA Golf Club issue, and that their property does not reside in incorporated city limits, but their runoff water impacts city storm drains, and the mud sliding into our storm drains become a city issue. Please have city work with golf club on this matter to find a more permanent solution, such as a catchment basin for this specific runoff. Please see attached photo. Thank you.
