THE STORM DRAIN LOCATED IN FRONT OF HOME IS SINKING IN AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE STORM DRAIN AND THE RESIDENT IS AFRAID THAT SOME OF THE BIKERS MAY ACTUALLY HIT IS AND FALL POSSIBLY CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES.
