Description

At intersection of Broadway and Galileo Galilei (entering from the northwest part of Broadway), I waited 3 full light cycles and the right green arrow never appeared. Each time, there was a five second pause after the Broadway pedestrian walk signal ending and before the green appeared for cross traffic - I recall that this is when the right green arrow used to appear, but instead it was red in every direction. I was the first car in line, and I waited behind the railroad in order to not block the crosswalk or rails - I have wondered whether the right arrow requires weight detection past the railroad but have not tested this for safety reasons. This intersection has posed the same problem multiple times, though I have seen the green right arrow sporadically. Thank you for your time!
