Description
Handicap-friendly ramps were installed recently at the corner of Centre and Hancock. On a daily basis, I see cars parked blocking the ramp, and then ticketed for $100 (I should know, I was one of those cars!).
With no painted crosswalk and no "no parking" signs, people simply don't realize that they're not allowed to park here. It would be more efficient (in educating residents) to paint a crosswalk or put up a sign than to wait for the next one to park here and charge them $100.
