In the evening this encampment has people shouting and fighting out front. High priority to remove.

This issues was flagged on November 11th and reported again in December. The camp is growing.

Oakland is unwilling to take steps with these encampments. Libby was suppose to have a plan, guess she didn't. Nothing will be done. Soon as they are cleaned up they return in a matter of minutes because the city has no backbone to do anything.

Contact the Department of Public Works directly at 510-615-5566. Safety1st contacted Public Works on January 18th and will continue to communicate with the city on this issue.
