Description
The overpass over Henry street on the Harry Truman Parkway has a problem with the road bed leading up to the over pass. A Crack has formed where the asphalt and the concrete meets in the North bound lane of the Harry Truman parkway, where it passes over Henry street. There is a 3 or 4 inch difference in the height of the road
