This is on San Pablo across the street from St. Vincents. It is San Pablo and West Grand Ave. The people camping in that park are constantly dumping trash.

Yes, everywhere there's an encampment, the homeless trashes our neighborhood. Just look at San Pablo Avenue near West Grand. Just look at MLK near West Grand. Trash and fifth is everywhere and the wind blows all the trash into adjacent neighborhoods. Oakland does nothing about it.
