The alley next to smoke shop has a good size pile of personal belongings, i would say the size of a dumpster. Trash< trash and more Trash accumulating each day. I also want to mention human poop., flys and stank lingers. Maybe a no dumping sign with a 2000 fine? How bout a fake camera's a watching sign something. Its starting to look bad again. Btw you did wonderful about 6 month ago on the clean up.... thank you!
