I think that the red light cycle is still on the cycle it was used when there was road construction. The current cycle is definitely not efficient.

3/2/13 - As of today this light is still the way it was. Not efficient for the traffic. It should go back to the original cycles of left turns both ways, then straight traffic. Repeat.
