That's a code enforcement issue because the dumping is on private property, not on a public way. It will probably be there for a long time yet. Enjoy the view while you can....

Thank you for reporting! Public Works has an illegal dumping team whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. On average this team removes 1,200 pounds of trash from public property every day. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.

If the people that go out and pick up the illegal dumping if they care about this city at all and the city offical cared that would have been picked up why should it be the owner of the property? I bet they aren't the oñes that put it there. So it should be on city to pick up. By leaving that all its doibg is encouraging others to dump trash as what happening. I hope Vallejo is not that petty. It looks like they are tho. They say in the responce section "that it is open until it is corrected" the trash is still there so it has not been corrected.
