A. Yes
Q. Is your cart picked up at the door/house?
A. Yes
Q. Do you have alley garbage collection? If so, the cart must be moved to the front curb for repair.

Q. What is specifically damaged on the Cart?
A. lid has been ripped off several times. rubbed gets pulled off of hub
Q. Is the cart emptied? If not, empty it for repair to be done
