As you know this area is a constant issue. On our sites we use battery powered game cameras that tape 48 hours prior then record over. They are cheap, effective, and have night vision. A surveillance and a game cam (to get plate numbers) might deter people....hum... or we cold do the same and keep paying to pick up trash and large items every week (this sounds like a great option).

I agree with the game camera, but I also assume that this boat must have a registration on it that could be searched so the person who dumped it could be billed for impound?
