Description
They left lots of trash in front of this address at the curb. This not the normal place for residents to place their trash. Why does the city let them get away with it? The property owner should be billed.

THIS IS NOT A BULK REQUEST - SHOULD GO TO CODE ENFORCEMENT

Closing the issue and referring it to code enforcement did not get the trash removed. The trash is/was actually on city property, i.e. the sidewalk. Code Enforcement can do nothing because the trash is now gone. History has shown Code Enforcement will not a use citizens photograph.
So this system of reporting issues has once again failed to address and correct the situation. You have just pushed it off to another city agencies.

I WENT TO LOCATION TO THIS LOCATION 12/14/12 AND TOOK PICTURES - THERE WAS NO DEBRIS OR TRASH IN THE FRONT OF THIS RESIDENCE NOR IN THE ALLEY. THERE WAS 1 SMALL CUP UP ON THE FRONT STOOP OF THE HOUSE WHICH IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOMEOWNER TO REMOVE.
