Description

The water department busted the cap off of a pipe in the middle of the sidewalk months ago while doing work. There is now a hole in the sidewalk. A new sidewalk was replaced recently, but those workers said this was not their job to repair. I've reported this issue several times. A child tripped over this whole. What needs to be done to get this repaired?
