On Valley Avenue, between Sunol and Case, the foliage is very overgrown and spreads onto the sidewalk. Children and families use this walking path to the schools. I have seen individuals walk into the street as that is the only way to bypass someone in some areas because the foliage is so overgrown or they are hit in the face with branches. This is not just an aesthetic issue, but a safety issue.
