I am new to the "See,Click,Fix" service provided by our city, and I must tell you that I am very impressed with the format for reporting of issues, your acknowledgements and status reports and ease of use. Many people see a problem, but are more inclined to mutter complaints ( repeatedly ) rather than take action to resolve the problem. Many thanks for providing this forum for it's citizens,.
