Description

The northbound left-turn lane on Witchduck at Va. Beach Blvd. is blocked by those from the west-bound left-turn lane on Va. Beach Blvd. at Witchduck. The flow of the lights keeps those turning onto Witchdcuck from Va. Beach Blvd. stuck in the intersection, which blocks those wanting to turn onto Virginia Beach Blvd. from Witchduck. (I waited for 3 light cycles before being able to make my way through the light.) The light cycle probably needs to be changed during rush hour.
