Description

Water meter at city fire hydrant by fire gate has been in excessive use by graders (grading lot at 20310 newton st) every day for 2+ weeks and water meter still reads 17398. I suspect they are bypassing the "meter" that they have covered with a burlap sack.

The technician responded and determined that the visible reading portion of the water meter was not functioning properly but that the referenced water usage was accounted for.
