The technician responded and based on the healthy condition of the tree any removal request will need to be submitted by the homeowner whose parkway the tree located. A work order has been generated to have the Street Maintenance division assess the curb and concrete for any necessary repairs. Regarding any damage caused to your driveway or your private property you will need to have a claim filed with the City for those repairs to be completed and or compensated for.
