Description
Two large white garbage bags have been tossed in the traffic island at the Southbound Redwood Road off ramp off of Highway 13. These are the same type bags full of household trash that keep being tossed on Redwood Road. I have cleaned up 3 so far and found the dumpers name and address as being in the projects in West Oakland.

Are the bags you are reporting on the Highway 13 offramp? or are they on City streets? If located on the City streets please provide the closest address or the two nearest cross streets. If the Garbage bags are located on the freeway offramp, please report this to Caltrans at 510-614-5942 or at their website at www.dot.ca.gov.
