Both sides of street have not been cleaned since the new truck was obtained. The time frame is 7am-9am, every week the driver comes after the designated hours, cars are back in place. Driver is weaving inbetween cars, unacceptable! A rat was ran over in the street weeks ago, the remains are still there! RIDICULOUS!!!! HE NEEDS TO BE ONTIME!
