Description

every 2 or 3 light changes, the crosswalk light goes on. It has been about a month now since I noticed this and I reported this twice so far, this is the 3rd time. It is very annoying when you go thru that light several times a day.

Q. Is the traffic signal flashing, stuck on a color, or black/off?
A. the cross walk light goes on every 2 or 3 light changes. I reported this via telephone 3 or 4 weeks ago. It is still defective.
