Update from Sanitation: repair was completed by end of day 10/14/16.

Thank you for cleaning up the garbage on the ground and installing a new lid on the container. Unfortunately the occupants put two more bags on garbage on the ground beside the container again and animals/rodents appear to have torn the bags open. There is also a broken tv set with broken glass and a large tree limb. Possibly contact the rental company (sign in front has been up for 18 months or longer) and ask that they take responsibility for the property.
