Description

H street off ramp and the corner of H street and off ramp is full of trash and urine bottles from a
homeless encampment. Looks horrendous.
I can't send a picture but believe me it looks terrible for anyone coming down to the bayfront.

Homeless tweakers abandonded trash. Typical of what we see here as ling as we tolerate it. We need a citizens patrol to go out and get these people the help they need to get out of thier current situation and become productive agai.
