this is a violation of the Anderson Goemere soil erosion and sedimentation control act[as amended]...primary enforcement with the County, next stop the DEQ, pictures are really useful...whatever site this is coming from should have a Certified Stormwater Operator who should be filing reports pretty regularly these rainy days with the owner, who failing to comply with the law could face a $25,000/day fine...permits are issued and enforced by the City of Ann Arbor...backed up by the County Water Resources Commissioner and the MDEQ[city contact: ]...copy the Drain Commissioner and the State, too...Ann Arbor should have lost their permit authority years ago...
