Description

This is another complaint on the same address.
At 2 pm 04/03/2010 I watched as the owner pulled up and starting loading more trash and debris onto the berm while the wind was blowing hard and sending his trash down the entire street. This is construction debris. This has been going on for 3 months. The neighbors have approached him and he said he's aware that bulk pick up not until 04/14. We even offered to help him put his trash out on the right day but he declined.
His is the only house that is dong this. We are sick of it but do not want to start a face to face confrontation due to the uncertainty of what may happen.
The vehicle is a dark blue Mitsubishi Lancer BKS5752.
PLEASE HELP!
