Description
Every day there are multiple cars parked across the sidewalks in front of China Express on Blodgett and Drew Streets. It's not safe for pedestrians, especially children, and it can't be legal. Can DPW talk to the management at China Express and begin ticketing parking violations at this location?

You are not required to call the Police Department parking unit but they are the city employees who are paid to enforce parking violations.
We were merely pointing out the most efficient use of SeeClickFix. We encourage you to use seeclickfix but instead of reporting "sidewalk" as the issue title, if you report the next violation you see as "on street parking" as the issue category, it will go to the City Department that is designated for parking enforcement complaints.
Sidewalks as a general category get routed to the Department of Public Works. They do repairs of sidewalks. Our Code Enforcement message in closing this was an effort to get your complaint answered more quickly by getting it to the right department immediately upon reporting.
