Description

A large boat taking up 3 spaces on one way street, algard st. It has been parked and hasn't moved since late april. There are NJ numbers on the side of the boat. It is now september and the boat hasn't been moved, I am not even sure if this boat is even functional. It has been reported before by another neighbor. There is limited parking spaces on this block and this boat is taking up 3 1/2 of them.
