TO: Sam Patterson - Please get someone out to Union St. & Carlisle Ave. to remove dead large braches and debris (that's almost in the middle of the street). This is the 3rd week. Also, There is a large sink hole with an orange cone stuck in it in from on my home - 1101 Mt. Erin Drive. Please repair ASAP. Sam, I'm an on time tax paying citizen - what does it take for the City of Richmond to do what it's suppose to do. Many of my friends and family live in the City - I tell you, if this behavior keeps occurring from the City, I'm telling you, the move is on to the county.
