The SE & NW Corners or 31st & Market Streets & the vacant lot adjacent to 887 31st Street ALWAYS have things dumped. I am so sick of taking pictures and sending them to you people over and over and over again. This is too much rachtness for one damn block City of Oakland. I have written the Mayor and Public Works over and again to tell you to just have your trucks come EVERY Monday, Wednesday & Friday and pick up the @#$% from these 3 spots (there will always be @#$% to pick up): 31st & Market Streets any and all corners & 887 the adjacent empty/ abandoned lot where there is ALWAYS a slew of dumped @#$%.
