City Hall – DR assigned this issue to Inspectional Services - RS (Admin)

I spoke with the (off-site) property manager after reporting this. She had it emptied. The schedule is once per week, which seems inadequate for the size of the bin. I suggested a larger closed one like a Big Belly but she says it's too expensive. She did agree to consider installing a separate recycling bin -- at present it's a single bin and there are lots of recyclables mixed in. What do we require of property owners with publicly accessible lots at retail plazas? Lots of people cut through this lot on foot so it has more than just the store's foot traffic.
