Description

There are blue sneakers hanging from the power lines at this intersection. It is directly across from my driveway at 138 Cooper Street. I would like them to be cut down please. Apparently when sneakers are hanging from an intersection, it can mean that there are drugs sold nearby or a gang is "claiming" their territory. There is also another pair of sneakers hanging further down Cooper street towards Cooper Hill Street. I would like those cut down as well. Those are also at an intersection. Please help. Thank you.
