A.) a private company is doing the Minnehaha construction not the City of Minneapolis. B.) it is not complete yet as they still have more asphalt work to do

A) You have not READ the original Issue. It has nothing to do with any construction north of 38th street. I am talking about everything south of 38th Street, and that was "completed' last year.

B) The Ciyty and the County pay the private contractor. Most of the work for the City is done by private companies, ultimately. You point is meaningless...and wrong.

This is a Hennepin County project. It is not done. There is more asphalt work to do. NOT A CITY PROJECT!

The road is IN the City! Your job to work with County and get this problem fixed. The road is riddled with potholes caused by those manhole covers. A pothole is a pothole..doesn't matter who or what or how is was caused. They are just as bad and damaging to any other potholes..actually, these are worse because they are wider. So, do your job and work with the County to get these fixed. That is what 311 is for and that is what I pay for you to do!!

Hennepin County Project. This is a reoccurring complaint. The project is not complete. The County has been informed of the unhappy resident. Street Department has nothing to do with this project.

This issue is remain open until it is completed. You are not reading the issue correctly...this has NOTHING TO DO with construction north of 38th Street. Please learn to read.

Hennepin Cty project. This is complaint has been repeated over and over. It will be closed every time. This is not a Street Dept issue. The Hennepin County project is not complete.

What is invalid about the case? Are you saying that Hennepin County is going to go back SOUTH of 38th Street and redo all those potholes that they created? Is that what you are saying.....because you keep saying the project isn't done yet...even though it has been done for over a year SOUTH of 38th street. Please learn to read the specific complaint.
