Description
There seems to be a motorhome that has taken residence on Cartagena Way. It spent 5 days at the east end of Cartagena at Entrada and has now moved to Cartengena and Barcelona. It does not move all day, and has expired plates. Called the police dept. but no answer and their voicemailbox is full.
