Description

Street sweeping takes place on the lakeside of Lakeshore Ave. Every Thursday from 12:30 3:30 pm. This photo was taken at 1: 30 pm and cars were still parked and as a result a thorough street sweeping can't take place. Even worse not one of these vehicles were ticketed and not a Parking Enforcement officer in sight. It is now 4:39 pm and I still haven't seen them.
