Something seems to have changed with the timing of the traffic lights on 28th street from the 83 exit all the way to Greenmount Ave. 28th street is backed up now at all times of the day, blocking the intersections and especially blocking entrance and exit of the alleys where the residents park. The noise, accidents and nuisance of not being able to get out from our homes has become ridiculous. Please change the lights back to keep traffic flowing!!
