Description
The Rosedale & Caroline intersection carries a steady amount of traffic. Currently there is a stop sign on the east/west flow along Rosedale. However, the north/south traffic along Caroline does not have a stop sign. Due to existing vegetation, as well as the number of cars that park along Caroline, it is extremely difficult for a driver traveling along Rosedale to see whether there is oncoming traffic on Caroline. As a result, there have been numerous accidents at the Rosedale & Caroline intersection. Please consider adding stop signs along Caroline at this intersection.
