Description
There used to be a safety red zone here on the northeast corner of Lincoln/Capuchino. This prevented cars from being parked al the way to the corner and blocking the view of traffic coming out of Capuchino. Also of pedestrians trying to cross Lincoln.
Please repaint that red zone, now that the drain grate project has been completed.

Manito,
Thank you for using accessBurlingame and your request. Staff has already identified this location and others which need to have the red-curbing re-installed. A work order has already been issued and Corp Yard staff will be re-installing as they can fit it into their schedule.

Are you kidding me? So the yard went back here this morning apparently. Now there's this odd 3' red zone that has effectively removed a parking space on the 1200 block of Capuchino. There has never been a red zone there even though there's always been a drain there. This doesn't make any sense at all. Now you have people parking at weird spacing to avoid that red zone.
Meanwhile the red zone across the street between driveways hasn't been repainted; the safety red zone on Lincoln at Capuchino is still missing. The safety red zone requested at California/Mills on March 2016 is still not there. Those are safety-based and would prevent collisions. This new 3' red zone?
