Description

The owner has at least HALF of the public sidewalk in front of the house filled with half-dead plants, empty pots and even a kiddie pool filled with petunias! It's been like this since the spring. There's really not room for a motorized cart or even a 2-baby stroller to pass by. This isn't decorative -- it's a clearinghouse for her OCD plant collection -- and while her love of flowers is admirable and the flowers actually IN the yard beautify the neighborhood -- the clearinghouse of plant-related junk that she has crowding the sidewalk is blocking ready access to a public space. Never mind the very real possibility that someone might trip or otherwise harm themselves trying to tiptoe through her tulips!
