Property owner should be fined and held responsible for their tenants - in this case a "sober Houses" run by for PROFIT rehab facility. The city, county & state wont touch this subject in fear of discrimination lawsuits , the mayor is a coward. Now our neighborhood is overrun with "sober house" style commercial living facilities , their residents, employees, vehicles, garbage, and unease. Not to mention their affect on our property values and pride.
The local government has in affect created a cycle of abuse by condoning Commercial for profit living facilities to operate in residential neighborhoods, which has lead to further disrespect of our neighborhood & living environment.
Why would they comply when they know there will be no action?
Maybe a yard sign campaign will shame them into action ?

Code is code. If this property, regardless of its use, is not held to the same code limitations as all other properties, the code officer must be held accountable.
